Every day, faces pass by. Hardly the same faces ever seen again. No one knows and no one cares. A gesture of kindness goes unnoticed, a smile is barely seen. But to somebody, that little kindness makes a whole world of difference. The curl of a smile lifts the sunken soul.

So many people in the world with warm hearts and kindness. Giving that little bit of encouragement to someone that has lost all hope, expecting nothing in return except knowing made a difference to somebody’s life.

Be it a teacher, a doctor, a taxi driver, or the road sweeper, anyone can give a little bit of kindness that will go a long, long way. The doctors, the nurses, all the emergency services that try to protect the lives of others. A homeless passing by that lends a helping hand. The aid workers, the journalists, all those that want to spread the word of hope and peace.

Those that trek through snowy blizzards to save a life, and those that cross the burning desserts; without a name, yet their faces never forgotten. Each of them leaving a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.

To all those that put others first, remember – all the kindness and good deeds never go unnoticed. Through the hardest of times, do not be disheartened. Each good turn will eventually bring hope and reward. Thank you to everyone that has supported those in need, tirelessly working to make someone’s life better.

It takes a Nobody to make a difference to Somebody, but that Nobody is always Someone special and never forgotten.
